(2) Do you have stock products to sell?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All the paper boxes are customized with your own design artwork printing. If you do not have a design, we have professional designers to assist you.
(3) What is the common delivery time?
Typically, our delivery time is 25 days after the confirmation of the order.
(4) Can I get some samples?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digitally printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price?
Please provide us with the following details of the paper box you want: box size and shape, paper material, order quantity, printing color and design, surface treatment, or any other specific requests. Then we can give you an accurate quote.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces per size and color. However, for flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control product quality?

(8) How can I arrange shipment?
1. You can either use your preferred shipping forwarder. Provide me with their contact information so that I can coordinate the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, just give me the airport or seaport details. I will provide you with a quotation and arrange the shipment. Even if you have no experience, our marketing team will offer you professional advice. We can provide air freight costs along with delivery times and sea freight costs with delivery times.
