(2) Do you have stock products to sell?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All the paper boxes are customized with your design and artwork. If you do not have a design, we have professional designers to assist you.
(3) What is the common delivery time?
Typically, it takes 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples?
After price confirmation, you may request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digital printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price?
Please provide us with the following details of the paper box you want so that we can quote you accurately: box size and shape, paper material, order quantity, printing color and design, surface treatment, or any other special requests.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control the product quality?

(8) How can I arrange shipment?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder and provide their contact details so we can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, just provide the airport or seaport information. We will give you a quotation and manage the shipment for you. You won't need to worry even if you have no experience, as our marketing team will offer professional shipping advice. We can provide air freight costs with delivery times and sea freight costs with delivery times.
