(2) Do you have stock products to sell ?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All the paper boxes are customized with your unique design artwork. If you do not have a design, our professional designers can create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time ?
Typically, it takes around 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples ?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digitally printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price ?
Please provide us with the following details of the paper box you want, so we can give you an accurate quote: Box size and shape, Paper material, Order quantity, Printing colors and design, Surface treatment, or any other specific requirements.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity ?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control product quality ?
We always place great emphasis on quality control to ensure an excellent quality level. Our principle is to provide customers with better quality, better prices, and better service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment ?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder; just provide me with the contact so I can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, just give me the airport or seaport details, and I will provide you with a quotation and arrange the shipment. Even if you have no experience in this, our marketing team will offer professional advice on shipping. We can provide you with air freight costs and delivery times, as well as sea freight costs and delivery times.
