(1) Are you a manufacturer ?
Yes, we are 100% manufacturer with more than 15 years of experience in the packaging line.
(2) Do you have stock products to sell ?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All the paper boxes are customized with your own design artwork printing. If you do not have the design, our professional designers will create it for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time ?
Normally, it takes 25 days after the order's confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples ?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digital printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price ?
Please provide us with the following details of the paper box you want: box size with shape, paper material, order quantity, printing color and design, surface treatment, or any other specific request. This will enable us to quote you accurately.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity ?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How to control the products' quality ?
We have always placed significant emphasis on quality control to maintain an excellent quality level. The principle we always adhere to is to provide customers with superior quality, competitive pricing, and exceptional service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment ?
1. You can either use your specified shipping forwarder and provide me with the contact details so that I can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a specified shipping forwarder, simply provide me with the airport or seaport details. I will then give you a quotation and arrange the shipment for you. Even if you have no experience in shipping, our marketing team will offer professional advice. We can provide you with air freight costs along with delivery time and sea freight costs with delivery time.
