(2) Do you have stock products to sell ?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All our paper boxes are customized with your own design artwork printing. If you do not have a design, our professional designers can create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time ?
Typically, it takes 25 days after the order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples ?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digital printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price ?
Please provide us with the following details of the paper box you need: box size and shape, paper material, order quantity, printing color and design, surface treatment, and any other specific requests. This will enable us to give you an accurate quote.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity ?
Our usual minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control the product's quality ?

(8) How can I arrange shipment ?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder and provide us with the contact details so we can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, just provide us with the airport or seaport details. We will give you a quotation and arrange the shipment. Even if you have no experience, our marketing team will offer professional advice. We can provide air freight costs with delivery time and sea freight costs with delivery time.
