(1) Are you a manufacturer ?
Yes, we are 100% manufacturer with more than 15 years experiences in packaging line.
(2) Do you have stock products to sell ?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All the paper boxes are customized with your own design artwork printing. If you do not have a design, we have professional designers to assist you.
(3) What is the common delivery time ?
Normally 25 days after confirmation of order.
(4) Can I get some samples ?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digital printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price ?
Please provide us the following details of the paper box you want, then we can quote you exactly: Box size with shape, Paper material, Order quantity, Printing color and design, surface treatment, or any other order request.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity ?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pcs.
(7) How to control the products' quality ?

(8) How Can I arrange shipment ?
1. You can either use your required shipping forwarder and give me the contact so that I can arrange the shipment for you.

You will not have any headaches even if you have no experience in it, and our marketing team will offer you professional advice on shipping.
