(2) Do you have stock products to sell ?
No, we solely accept OEM/ODM orders. All our paper boxes are customized with your unique design artwork. If you don't have a design, our professional designers can create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time ?
Typically, it takes 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples ?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We offer both blank samples and digitally printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price ?
Please provide the following details of the paper box you require: box size and shape, paper material, order quantity, printing color and design, surface treatment, or any other specific requests. This will enable us to give you an accurate quote.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity ?
Our usual minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control the product's quality ?
We place great emphasis on quality control to maintain an excellent standard. Our principle is always to provide customers with superior quality, competitive pricing, and excellent service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment ?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder. Provide me with their contact details, and I will arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, just provide me with the airport or sea port details so I can give you a quotation and arrange the shipment. Even if you have no prior experience, our marketing team will offer professional advice on shipping, including air and sea freight costs and delivery times.
