(1) Are you a manufacturer ?
Yes, we are a 100% manufacturer with over 15 years of experience in the packaging industry.
(2) Do you have stock products to sell ?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All paper boxes are customized with your unique design and artwork printing. If you don't have a design, our professional design team can create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time ?
Typically, it takes about 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples ?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digital printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price ?
Please provide us with the following details of the paper box you need, and we will give you an accurate quote: box size and shape, paper material, order quantity, printing color and design, surface treatment, or any other specific requirements.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity ?
Generally, our minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control product quality ?
We place great emphasis on quality control to ensure a consistently high level of quality. Our principle is to provide customers with superior quality, better prices, and excellent service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment ?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder; provide their contact details and I will arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, just provide the airport or sea port details. I can give you a quotation and then arrange the shipment. Even if you have no experience in shipping, our marketing team will offer professional advice and provide air freight costs with delivery times, as well as sea freight costs with delivery times.
