(2) Do you have stock products to sell ?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All the paper boxes are customized with your own design artwork printing. If you do not have a design, our professional designers are here to assist you.
(3) What is the common delivery time ?
Typically, it takes around 25 days after the confirmation of the order.
(4) Can I get some samples ?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digitally printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price ?
Please provide the following details of the paper box you want: box size and shape, paper material, order quantity, printing color and design, surface treatment, or any other specific requests. This will allow us to quote you accurately.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity ?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pcs.
(7) How to control the products' quality ?
We place great emphasis on quality control to ensure that our high standards are maintained. Additionally, we adhere to the principle of providing customers with better quality, better prices, and better service.
(8) How Can I arrange shipment ?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder and provide their contact so I can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, just provide the airport or sea port so I can give you a quotation. I will arrange the shipment, making the process hassle-free for you. Our marketing team will offer professional advice on shipping, including air freight and sea freight costs along with delivery times.
