(2) Do you have stock products to sell?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All our paper boxes are customized with your unique design and artwork. If you don't have a design, our professional designers can create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time?
Typically, it takes 25 days after confirmation of the order.
(4) Can I get some samples?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digitally printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price?
Please provide the following details of the paper box you need, and we will offer an accurate quote: Box size and shape, Paper material, Order quantity, Printing color and design, Surface treatment, and any other specific requests.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control the product's quality?
We place great emphasis on quality control to ensure excellent quality levels are maintained. Our guiding principle is to provide customers with better quality, better prices, and better service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder and provide the contact details so that we can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, just provide the airport or seaport, and we will give you a quotation. We will then arrange the shipment, ensuring you won't face any difficulties, even if you lack experience. Our marketing team will provide professional advice, including air freight and sea freight costs, along with delivery times.
