1. How do I measure the product?
The correct sequence for dimensions is Length x Width x Depth. Place your product in front of you with the open end facing up. The Length isthe longest open-end dimension from left to right. The Width is the shortest open-end dimension from front to back. The Depth is theremaining dimension from top to bottom.
2. Can you help configure the detailed specifications if I am unsure about the per-layer gram weight?
Yes, kindly provide your usage requirements, and we will configure detailed specifications for you.
3. Can I have a custom-designed and made product?
Absolutely. As a custom factory, we design and construct each project tailored to the individual customer's needs. All our products are custom-madebased on your artwork and packaging requirements.
4. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the significant machine setup costs and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders. Our minimum order quantity is 1000 pcs. Tooptimize cost, we recommend ordering a 20'GP or 40'HC container to reduce the unit price and shipping costs.
5. Can we place OEM orders?
Yes, certainly. As a factory, you have the flexibility to choose the design, size, material, and other specifications.
6. Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located in Dongguan, with shipments made from Shenzhen port.
7. How about the delivery date?
The delivery date depends on the order quantity. Typically, it takes 10-15 working days for a 1*40HQ container.
