1. How do I measure the product?
The correct sequence of dimensions is Length x Width x Depth. Position your product with the open end facing upwards. Length isthe longest dimension of the open end from left to right. Width is the shortest dimension of the open end from front to back. Depth is theremaining dimension from top to bottom.
2. Can you help configure the detailed specifications if I am unsure about the per layer gram?
Absolutely, kindly provide your usage details, and we will configure the detailed specifications for you.
3. Can I have a custom designed and made product?
We are a bespoke factory. Each project is meticulously designed and constructed to meet the unique requirements of our customers. All our products are custom-madebased on your artwork and packaging needs.
4. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the substantial machine setup costs and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders. Our minimum order quantity is 1000 pcs. Itis advisable to order a 20' GP or 40' HC container to minimize unit price and shipping costs.
5. Can we place OEM orders?
Yes, of course. As a factory, you can choose the design, size, material, and other specifications.
6. Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located in Dongguan with deliveries from Shenzhen port.
7. What about the delivery date?
Delivery times depend on the order quantity. Typically, it takes 10-15 working days for a 1*40HQ Container.
