(2) Do you have stock products to sell ?
No, we solely accept OEM/ODM orders. All paper boxes are customized with your own design and artwork printing. If you don't have a design, our professional designers can create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time ?
Typically, it is 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples ?
Following price confirmation, you can request samples to assess our quality. We provide blank and digitally printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price ?
Please provide the following details about the paper box you want: Box size and shape, Paper material, Order quantity, Printing color and design, Surface treatment, or any other specific requests so we can give you an accurate quote.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity ?
Our minimum order quantity is generally 1,000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How to control the products' quality ?

(8) How Can I arrange shipment ?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder; just provide their contact details so we can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, provide us with the airport or sea port details. We will then give you a quotation and manage the shipment, ensuring a hassle-free experience even if you are inexperienced. Our marketing team will offer professional shipping advice, including air freight costs with delivery times and sea freight costs with delivery times.
