(1) Are you a manufacturer ?

(2) Do you have stock products to sell ?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All our paper boxes are customized with your unique design and artwork. If you lack a design, our professional designers can create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time ?
Typically, it is 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples ?
Yes, after price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digitally printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price ?
Please provide the following details of the paper box you need: box size and shape, paper material, order quantity, printing color and design, surface treatment, or any other special requirements. We will then give you an exact quote.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity ?
Our usual minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control product quality ?
We place great emphasis on quality control to maintain an excellent quality level. Our principle is to provide customers with better quality, competitive prices, and superior service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment ?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder and provide their contact details so we can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a shipping forwarder, simply provide the airport or sea port details. We will offer you a quotation and take care of the shipment. Even if you have no experience, our marketing team will provide professional advice on shipping. We can give you air freight and sea freight costs along with delivery times.
