(2) Do you have stock products to sell?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All paper boxes are customized with your unique design artwork. If you don't have a design, our professional designers can create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time?
Typically, it is 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digitally printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price?
Please provide us with the following details of the paper box you want: box size and shape, paper material, order quantity, printing color and design, surface treatment, or any other specific requirements. This will enable us to quote you accurately.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Generally, our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 1000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control product quality?

(8) How can I arrange shipment?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder and provide us with the contact information so we can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a specific shipping forwarder, simply provide us with the airport or sea port details. We will then provide you with a quotation and handle the shipment, even if you have no prior experience. Our marketing team will offer professional shipping advice, including air freight costs and delivery times, as well as sea freight costs and delivery times.
