(1) Are you a manufacturer ?
Yes, we are a 100% manufacturer with over 15 years of experience in the packaging industry.
(2) Do you have stock products to sell ?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All our paper boxes are custom-made with your design artwork. If you do not have a design, our professional designers can create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time ?
Typically, it is 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples ?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digital printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price ?
Please provide the following details of the paper box you want, so we can quote you accurately: Box size with shape, Paper material, Order quantity, Printing color and design, Surface treatment, or any other specific request.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity ?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control product quality ?
We place great emphasis on quality control to ensure an excellent quality level is maintained. Our principle is to provide customers with better quality, better prices, and better service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment ?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder. Just provide the contact, and I will arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, just provide the airport or seaport, and I will give you a quotation and arrange the shipment. Even if you have no experience, our marketing team will offer professional shipping advice. We can offer you air freight costs with delivery times and sea freight costs with delivery times.
