Yes, we are a 100% manufacturer with over 15 years of experience in the packaging industry.
(2) Do you have stock products to sell?
No, we exclusively accept OEM/ODM orders. All our paper boxes are crafted according to your custom design artwork. If you don't have a design, our professional designers are here to assist you.
(3) What is the common delivery time?
Typically, 25 days following order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples?
Upon price confirmation, you can request samples to evaluate our quality. We offer both blank samples and digitally printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price?
To provide an accurate quote, please supply the following details of the desired paper box: Box size and shape, Paper material, Order quantity, Printing color and design, Surface treatment, and any other specific requests.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Our usual Minimum Order Quantity is 1,000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be reduced to 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control product quality?
We place immense importance on quality control to maintain an exceptional quality standard. Our guiding principle is to offer customers superior quality, competitive pricing, and outstanding service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder. Provide us the contact details, and we will handle the shipment arrangements for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, simply provide us with the airport or seaport details. We will offer you a quotation and arrange the shipment. Even if you have no prior experience, our marketing team will provide professional advice, including air freight costs and delivery times, as well as sea freight costs and delivery times.
