(2) Do you have stock products to sell ?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All our paper boxes are customized with your design artwork. If you do not have a design, our professional designers can create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time ?
Typically, 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples ?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank and digitally printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price ?
Please provide the following details of the paper box you want, and we will quote you accordingly: box size and shape, paper material, order quantity, printing color and design, surface treatment, or any other specific requirements.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity ?
Our minimum order quantity is usually 1,000 pieces per size and color, except for flower boxes, where the MOQ is 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control the product quality ?

(8) How can I arrange shipment ?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder and provide their contact details so that we can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, provide us with the airport or seaport details, and we will give you a quotation and arrange the shipment. Our marketing team will offer professional advice, including air freight costs with delivery times and sea freight costs with delivery times, ensuring a headache-free experience even if you have no prior shipping experience.
