(1) Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a 100% manufacturer with more than 15 years of experience in the packaging industry.
(2) Do you have stock products to sell?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All the paper boxes are customized with your own design artwork printing. If you do not have a design, we have professional designers to create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time?
Normally, it takes 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digitally printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price?
Please provide us with the following details of the paper box you want so we can give you an accurate quote: box size and shape, paper material, order quantity, printing color and design, surface treatment, or any other specific requirements.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control the product quality?
We place great emphasis on quality control to ensure an excellent quality level is maintained. Our principle is to provide customers with better quality, better prices, and better service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder and provide their contact information so we can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, just give us the airport or sea port details so we can provide you with a quotation. We will then arrange the shipment, ensuring a hassle-free experience even if you have no prior shipping experience. Our marketing team will offer professional advice, including air freight costs with delivery times and sea freight costs with delivery times.
