No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All paper boxes are customized with your design and artwork. If you do not have a design, our professional designers can create one for you.
(3) What is the usual delivery time?
Typically, it takes 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to assess our quality. We provide blank samples and digitally printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price?
Please provide us with the following details of the paper box you require for an accurate quote: Box size and shape, Paper material, Order quantity, Printing color and design, Surface treatment, and any other specific requests.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is usually 1000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control product quality?
We place great emphasis on quality control to maintain an excellent quality level. Our principle is to provide customers with better quality, better prices, and better service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder and provide us with their contact information so we can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, simply provide us with the airport or sea port details. We will then provide you with a quotation and handle the shipment arrangements. Even if you have no experience in shipping, our marketing team will offer professional advice. We can provide air freight costs with delivery times, as well as sea freight costs with delivery times.
