(2) Do you have stock products to sell?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All paper boxes are customized with your own design artwork printing. If you do not have a design, we have professional designers to create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time?
Typically, it is 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digital printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price?
Please provide us with the following details of the paper box you want, and we will give you an exact quote: Box size and shape, paper material, order quantity, printing color and design, surface treatment, or any other order request.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control product quality?

(8) How can I arrange shipment?
1. You can use your own shipping forwarder; provide me with the contact, and I will arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a shipping forwarder, just provide me with the airport or seaport, and I will give you a quotation. I will then arrange the shipment for you, even if you have no experience in it. Our marketing team will offer professional advice on shipping. We can give you air freight costs with delivery times and sea freight costs with delivery times.
