(1) Are you a manufacturer ?

(2) Do you have stock products to sell ?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All our paper boxes are customized with your design artwork. If you do not have a design, we have professional designers to assist you.
(3) What is the common delivery time ?
Normally, it takes 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples ?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digitally printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price ?
Please provide the following details of the paper box you want so we can quote you accurately: box size and shape, paper material, order quantity, printing color and design, surface treatment, or any other special requests.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity ?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control product quality ?
We always place great emphasis on quality control to maintain an excellent quality level. Our principle is to provide customers with better quality, better prices, and better service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment ?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder. Just provide us the contact, and we will arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, provide us with the airport or seaport details. We will give you a quotation and handle the shipment. Even if you have no experience, our marketing team will offer professional advice. We can provide air freight costs with delivery times and sea freight costs with delivery times.
