(2) Do you have stock products to sell?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All our paper boxes are customized with your design artwork and printing. If you don't have a design, we offer professional design services.
(3) What is the common delivery time?
Typically, it takes 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide both blank samples and digital printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price?
Please provide us with the following details of your desired paper box so we can give you an accurate quote: box size and shape, paper material, order quantity, printing color and design, surface treatment, or any other specific request.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Our usual minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control product quality?
We place great emphasis on quality control to maintain excellent quality standards. Our principle is to provide customers with better quality, better prices, and better service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder; provide me with their contact details, and I will arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, provide me with the airport or sea port information. I will provide you with a quotation and arrange the shipment. Even if you have no experience, don't worry-our marketing team will offer professional shipping advice. We can provide you with air freight costs and delivery times, as well as sea freight costs and delivery times.
