(2) Do you have stock products to sell?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All paper boxes are customized with your own design and artwork. If you do not have a design, our professional designers will craft one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time?
Typically, 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to evaluate our quality. We offer blank and digitally printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price?
Please provide the following details of the paper box you require: Box size and shape, Paper material, Order quantity, Printing color and design, Surface treatment, or any other specific requests. We will then provide an accurate quote.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is usually 1000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control product quality?
We place a strong emphasis on quality control to ensure consistently excellent quality. Our principle is to provide customers with better quality, better prices, and better service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder and provide their contact details so we can arrange shipment for you.
2. If you do not have a preferred shipping forwarder, provide us with your destination airport or sea port information. We will provide a quotation and handle the shipment. Even if you lack experience, our marketing team will offer professional shipping advice, including air and sea freight costs with delivery times.
