(1) Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a 100% manufacturer with over 15 years of experience in the packaging line.
(2) Do you have stock products to sell?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All the paper boxes are customized with your own design and artwork printing. If you do not have the design, we have professional designers to assist you.
(3) What is the common delivery time?
Normally, it is 25 days after the confirmation of the order.
(4) Can I get some samples?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank and digitally printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price?
Please provide us with the following details of the paper box you want, so we can quote you accurately: Box size with shape, Paper material, Order quantity, Printing color and design, Surface treatment, or any other order request.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control the product's quality?
We have always emphasized quality control to maintain an excellent quality level. Moreover, the principle we always maintain is to provide customers with better quality, better price, and better service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment?
1. You can either use your required shipping forwarder and give me the contact so that I can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a required shipping forwarder, just give me the airport or sea port, so that I can provide you with a quotation and then arrange the shipment. You will not have a headache even if you have no experience in it. Our marketing team will give you professional advice on shipping. We can offer you air freight costs with delivery times and sea freight costs with delivery times.
