(2) Do you have stock products to sell ?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All our paper boxes are customized with your unique design and artwork. If you do not have a design, our professional designers will create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time ?
Typically, it is 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples ?
Yes, after price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We offer blank samples and digitally printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price ?
Please provide us with the following details of the paper box you need: box size and shape, paper material, order quantity, printing color and design, surface treatment, or any other specific requirements. We will then give you an exact quote.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity ?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control product quality ?
We place great emphasis on quality control to ensure that we maintain an excellent quality level. Our guiding principle is to provide customers with better quality, better prices, and better service.
(8) How can I arrange the shipment ?
1. You can use your own shipping forwarder. Just provide their contact details so I can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, simply provide me with the airport or seaport details. I will give you a quotation and handle the shipment arrangements. Even if you have no shipping experience, rest assured, our marketing team will provide you with professional advice. We can offer both air freight costs with delivery times and sea freight costs with delivery times.
