(2) Do you have stock products to sell?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All our paper boxes are customized with your own design and artwork printing. If you do not have a design, our professional designers can create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time?
Typically, it takes around 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide both blank samples and digital printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price?
To provide an accurate quote, please supply the following details: box size with shape, paper material, order quantity, printing color and design, surface treatment, or any other specific requirements.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Our usual minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control product quality?
We place great emphasis on quality control to maintain excellent standards. Our principle is to provide customers with better quality, better prices, and better service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder and provide their contact details so we can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, simply provide the airport or seaport details. We will give you a quotation and arrange the shipment. Even if you have no experience, our marketing team will offer professional advice. We can provide air freight costs with delivery times and sea freight costs with delivery times.
