(1) Are you a manufacturer ?
Yes, we are a 100% manufacturer with more than 15 years of experience in the packaging industry.
(2) Do you have stock products to sell ?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All our paper boxes are customized with your own design and artwork. If you don't have a design, we have professional designers to assist you.
(3) What is the common delivery time ?
Normally, it takes 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples ?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digital printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price ?
Please provide us with the following details to get an accurate quote: Box size and shape, Paper material, Order quantity, Printing color and design, Surface treatment, or any other specific request.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity ?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control product quality ?

(8) How can I arrange shipment ?
1. You can either use your own shipping forwarder. Provide their contact information, and I will arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a shipping forwarder, just give me the airport or seaport information. I will provide a quotation and arrange the shipment. You will not have any headaches, even if you have no experience in it. Our marketing team will give you professional advice on shipping, including air freight costs with delivery time and sea freight costs with delivery time.
