(1) Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are 100% manufacturer with more than 15 years of experience in the packaging line.
(2) Do you have stock products to sell?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All the paper boxes are customized with your own design artwork printing. If you don't have the design, our professional designers can create it for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time?
Normally, 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digital printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price?
Please provide us with the following details of the paper box you want, and we can quote you accurately: Box size and shape, Paper material, Order quantity, Printing color and design, Surface treatment, or any other special requests.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control product quality?
We place great emphasis on quality control to ensure an excellent quality level is maintained. The principle we always uphold is to provide customers with better quality, better prices, and better service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment?
1. You can either use your own shipping forwarder and provide us with the contact details so we can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a shipping forwarder, simply give us the airport or sea port details for a quotation. We will handle the shipment for you, making it hassle-free even if you lack experience. Our marketing team can provide professional shipping advice, including air freight and sea freight costs with delivery times.
