(1) Are you a manufacturer ?
Yes, we are 100% manufacturer with more than 15 years experiences in packaging line.
(2) Do you have stock products to sell ?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All our paper boxes are customized with your unique design and artwork printing. If you lack a design, our professional designers are here to create it for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time ?
Normally, it takes about 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples ?
After the price is confirmed, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide both blank and digitally printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price ?
To provide an accurate quote, please share the following details of the paper box you need: Box size and shape, Paper material, Order quantity, Printing color and design, Surface treatment, or any other specific requirements.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity ?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces per size and color. However, for flower boxes, the MOQ can be as low as 500 pieces.
(7) How to control the products' quality ?
We have always placed great emphasis on quality control to ensure that excellent quality levels are maintained. Our principle is to consistently provide customers with better quality, better prices, and better service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment ?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder; just provide their contact details, and I'll handle the arrangements.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, simply provide the destination airport or seaport. I will then offer you a quotation and handle all shipment arrangements. Even if you have no prior experience, our marketing team will provide professional advice on shipping. We can offer both air freight costs with delivery times and sea freight costs with delivery times.
