(1) Are you a manufacturer ?

(2) Do you have stock products to sell ?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All our paper boxes are customized with your own design and artwork. If you do not have a design, our professional designers can create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time ?
Normally, it takes 25 days after the order is confirmed.
(4) Can I get some samples ?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digital printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price ?
To provide an accurate quote, please provide the following details: box size and shape, paper material, order quantity, printing color and design, surface treatment, or any other specific requests.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity ?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How to control the products' quality ?
We place great emphasis on quality control to ensure that we maintain an excellent quality level. Our principle is to provide customers with better quality, better prices, and better service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment ?
1. You can either use your preferred shipping forwarder and provide me the contact information so I can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, just give me the destination airport or seaport information. I can provide you with a quotation and arrange the shipment. Even if you have no prior experience with shipping, our marketing team will offer professional advice. We can provide air freight costs with delivery time and sea freight costs with delivery time.
