(1) Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a 100% manufacturer with more than 15 years of experience in the packaging industry.
(2) Do you have stock products to sell?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All the paper boxes are customized with your own design and artwork. If you do not have the design, we have professional designers to create it for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time?
Normally, it takes 25 days after the confirmation of the order.
(4) Can I get some samples?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digitally printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price?
Please provide us with the following details of the paper box you want, then we can quote you precisely: Box size and shape, Paper material, Order quantity, Printing color and design, Surface treatment, or any other request you may have.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control product quality?
We place great emphasis on quality control to ensure an excellent quality level is maintained. Our guiding principle is to provide customers with better quality, competitive prices, and exceptional service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment?
1. You can either use your preferred shipping forwarder and provide us their contact information so we can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, just give us the airport or seaport details. We will provide you with a quotation and arrange the shipment. Even if you have no experience in shipping, our marketing team will offer professional advice. We can provide you with both air freight and sea freight costs along with delivery times.
