(1) Are you a manufacturer ?
Yes, we are 100% manufacturer with more than 15 years experiences in packaging line.
(2) Do you have stock products to sell ?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM order. All the paper boxes are customized with your own design artwork printing, and if you do not have the design, we have professional designers to craft it for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time ?
Normally, it takes about 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples ?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digitally printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price ?
Please provide us the following details of the paper box you want: Box size with shape, Paper material, Order quantity, Printing color and design, Surface treatment, or any other specific request. This will allow us to quote you accurately.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity ?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How to control the products' quality ?
We have always placed great emphasis on quality control to ensure that excellent quality levels are maintained. Our guiding principle is to provide customers with better quality, better prices, and better service.
(8) How Can I arrange shipment ?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder; provide me the contact details so that I can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, just provide me with the airport or seaport details. I will then give you a quotation and arrange the shipment. Even if you have no experience in shipping, our marketing team will offer professional advice. We can provide air freight costs with delivery times and sea freight costs with delivery times.
