(2) Do you have stock products to sell?
No, we exclusively accept OEM/ODM orders. All paper boxes are custom-made with your own design artwork. If you do not have a design, our professional designers are at your service to create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time?
Typically, it takes 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digital printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price?
Please provide the following details for an accurate quote: Box size and shape, paper material, order quantity, printing color and design, surface treatment, and any other specific requirements.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is usually 1,000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control the product's quality?
We place a strong emphasis on quality control to ensure we maintain an excellent quality level. Our principle is to provide customers with superior quality, competitive prices, and exceptional service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder and provide their contact details so we can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you do not have a preferred shipping forwarder, simply provide the airport or seaport details. We will then give you a quotation and handle the shipment arrangements. Even if you have no shipping experience, our marketing team will provide professional advice. We can offer you both air freight and sea freight costs with delivery times.
