(2) Do you have stock products to sell?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All our paper boxes are customized with your own design artwork and printing. If you do not have a design, our professional designers can create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time?
The typical delivery time is 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digital printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price?
Please provide us with the following details of the paper box you want: box size and shape, paper material, order quantity, printing color and design, surface treatment, or any other special requests. We will then give you an exact quote.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control product quality?

(8) How can I arrange shipment?
1. You can either use your preferred shipping forwarder and give me their contact so I can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, just give me the airport or sea port details, and I will provide you with a quotation and arrange the shipment. Even if you lack experience, our marketing team will offer professional advice on shipping, including air freight costs with delivery times and sea freight costs with delivery times.
