1. How do I measure the product?
The correct sequence for dimensions is Length x Width x Depth. Place your product in front of you with the open end facing up. Length isthe longest open end dimension from left to right. Width is the shortest open end dimension from front to back. Depth is theremaining dimension from top to bottom.
2. Can you help configure detailed specifications if I am unsure about the per-layer gram?
Yes, kindly provide your intended usage, and we will configure detailed specifications for you.
3. Can I have a custom designed and made product?
We are a bespoke factory. Each project is meticulously designed and constructed to meet individual customer needs. All of our products are custom-madebased on your artwork and packaging requirements.
4. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the significant machine setup cost and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders. Our minimum order quantity is 1000 pcs. Itis advisable to order a 20"GP or 40"HC to minimize unit price and shipping costs.
5. Can we make OEM orders?
Yes, absolutely. As a factory, you can select the design, size, material, and more.
6. Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located in Dongguan, with delivery from Shenzhen port.
7. How about the delivery date?
Depending on the quantity, typically within 10-15 working days for a 1*40HQ Container.
