(1) Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are 100% manufacturer with more than 15 years of experience in the packaging line.
(2) Do you have stock products to sell?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All the paper boxes are customized with your own design artwork printing. If you do not have a design, our professional designers can create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time?
Normally, it takes 25 days after confirmation of order.
(4) Can I get some samples?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digital printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price?
Please provide us the following details of the paper box you want, and we can quote you accurately: Box size and shape, Paper material, Order quantity, Printing color and design, Surface treatment, and any other special requests.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control the products' quality?
We have always placed great emphasis on quality control to ensure an excellent quality level is maintained. Our principle is 'to provide customers with better quality, better prices, and better service.'
(8) How can I arrange shipment?
1. You can either use your required shipping forwarder and provide me with the contact information so that I can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a required shipping forwarder, just provide me with the airport or sea port details. I can then give you a quotation and arrange the shipment. You won't have a headache even if you have no experience in it. Our marketing team will provide you with professional advice on shipping. We can give you air freight costs with delivery times and sea freight costs with delivery times.
