No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All our paper boxes are customized with your unique design and artwork. If you don't have a design, our professional designers can create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time?
Typically, it is 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to evaluate our quality. We provide blank samples and digitally printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price?
Please provide the following details of the paper box you require so we can give you an accurate quote: Box size and shape, Paper material, Order quantity, Printing color and design, Surface treatment, and any other specific requests.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Typically, our minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control product quality?
We place significant emphasis on quality control to maintain an excellent quality level. Our principle is to provide customers with better quality, better pricing, and better service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder. Provide their contact information so we can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, just provide the airport or seaport details. We will give you a quotation and handle the shipment logistics. Even if you have no prior experience, our marketing team will offer professional advice on shipping, including air freight costs and delivery times, as well as sea freight costs and delivery times.
