(1) Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a 100% manufacturer with more than 15 years of experience in the packaging industry.
(2) Do you have stock products to sell?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All the paper boxes are customized with your own design and artwork printing. If you do not have a design, we have a professional designer available to create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time?
Normally, it takes 25 days after confirmation of the order.
(4) Can I get some samples?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide both blank samples and digital printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price?
Please provide us with the following details of the paper box you want: Box size and shape, Paper material, Order quantity, Printing color and design, Surface treatment, or any other specific requirements. This will enable us to give you an accurate quote.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control the product's quality?

(8) How can I arrange shipment?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder and provide me with their contact information so that I can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you do not have a preferred shipping forwarder, simply provide me with the airport or seaport information. I will then give you a quotation and handle the shipment arrangements. You will not have to worry about anything, even if you are inexperienced. Our marketing team will offer professional advice on shipping, including air freight costs and delivery times, as well as sea freight costs and delivery times.
