(1) Are you a manufacturer ?
Yes, we are a 100% manufacturer with over 15 years of experience in the packaging industry.
(2) Do you have stock products to sell ?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All the paper boxes are customized with your own design artwork printing. For those without a design, we have professional designers ready to create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time ?
Typically, it is 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples ?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digital printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price ?
Please provide us with the following details of the paper box you want, so we can quote you accurately: Box size and shape, Paper material, Order quantity, Printing color and design, Surface treatment, or any other specific requests.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity ?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control the product quality ?
We have always placed great emphasis on quality control to ensure an excellent quality level is maintained. Our guiding principle is always to provide customers with superior quality, competitive pricing, and exceptional service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment ?
1. You can either use your preferred shipping forwarder; just provide their contact details so that I can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, just provide me with the airport or seaport details. I will then give you a quotation and arrange the shipment. Our marketing team will give you professional advice on shipping, including air freight and sea freight costs with delivery times, ensuring a hassle-free process even if you have no prior experience.
