1. How do I measure the product?
The correct order of dimensions is Length x Width x Depth. Position your product in front of you with the open end facing up. Length isthe longest open-end dimension from left to right. Width is the shortest open-end dimension from front to back. Depth is theremaining dimension from top to bottom.
2. Can you assist in configuring the detailed specifications if I am unsure about the per layer gram?
Yes, please kindly provide your usage details, and we will configure the detailed specifications for you.
3. Can I have a custom-designed and made product?
We are a custom manufacturing factory. We design and construct each project based on individual customer needs. All of our products are custom madeaccording to your artwork and packaging requirements.
4. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the high machine setup cost and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders. Our minimum order quantity is 1000 pcs. Itis recommended to order a 20"GP or 40"HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.
5. Can we place OEM orders?
Yes, absolutely. As a factory, you can choose the design, size, material, and more.
6. Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located in Dongguan, with deliveries made from Shenzhen port.
7. What is the delivery date?
It depends on the quantity, but normally within 10-15 working days for a 1*40HQ Container.
