No, we exclusively accept OEM/ODM orders. All paper boxes are customized with your unique design artwork. If you don't have a design, our professional designers are here to assist you.
(3) What is the common delivery time?
Typically, it is 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to assess our quality. We offer blank samples and digitally printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price?
Please provide the following details of the paper box you need for an accurate quote: Box size and shape, Paper material, Order quantity, Printing color and design, Surface treatment, and any other specific requests.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Generally, our minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control the products' quality?
We place the highest importance on quality control to ensure we maintain an exceptional quality standard. Our principle is to provide customers with better quality, better prices, and better service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder; provide their contact information so I can coordinate the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, simply provide the airport or seaport details. I will then get you a quote and handle the shipment. Even if you're inexperienced, our marketing team will offer professional advice on shipping, including air freight costs with delivery times and sea freight costs with delivery times, ensuring a seamless process.
