(2) Do you have stock products to sell ?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All our paper boxes are customized with your unique design and artwork. If you do not have a design, our professional designers are here to assist you.
(3) What is the common delivery time ?
Typically, it takes 25 days after the order is confirmed.
(4) Can I get some samples ?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide both blank samples and digitally printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price ?
To provide an accurate quote, please give us the following details of the paper box you want: box size and shape, paper material, order quantity, printing color and design, surface treatment, or any other specific requests.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity ?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control product quality ?
We place a high emphasis on quality control to maintain an excellent quality level. Our principle is to provide customers with better quality, better prices, and better service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment ?
1. You can either use your preferred shipping forwarder and provide us with the contact details so we can arrange the shipment.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, just give us the airport or seaport details. We will provide you with a quotation and arrange the shipment, making the process hassle-free even if you have no prior experience. Our marketing team will offer you professional advice on shipping, including air freight costs and delivery times, as well as sea freight costs and delivery times.
