(1) Are you a manufacturer ?
Yes, we are 100% manufacturer with more than 15 years experiences in packaging line.
(2) Do you have stock products to sell ?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All the paper boxes are customized with your own design artwork printing, and if you do not have the design, we have professional designers to create it for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time ?
Normally 25 days after confirmation of order.
(4) Can I get some samples ?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank sample and digital printed sample free of charge.
(5) What is the price ?
Please provide us with the following details of the paper box you want, then we can quote you exactly: box size with shape, paper material, order quantity, printing color and design, surface treatment, or any other order requests.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity ?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces per size and color, and for flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500pcs.
(7) How to control the products' quality ?
We have always placed great emphasis on quality control to ensure that an excellent quality level is maintained. Moreover, the principle we always maintain is to provide customers with better quality, better price, and better service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment ?
1. You can either use your preferred shipping forwarder and provide me with their contact so that I can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, just give me the airport or sea port details so that I can provide you with a quotation and then arrange the shipment. You won't have to worry even if you have no prior experience; our marketing team will offer you professional advice on shipping. We can provide you with air freight costs and delivery times, as well as sea freight costs and delivery times.
