(1) Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a 100% manufacturer with over 15 years of experience in the packaging industry.
(2) Do you have stock products to sell?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All paper boxes are customized with your design and artwork printing. If you do not have a design, our professional designers can create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time?
Typically, it is 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digital printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price?
Please provide the following details of the paper box you require: box size and shape, paper material, order quantity, printing color and design, surface treatment, and any other specific requests. We will then provide you with an exact quote.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Our usual Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 1,000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control product quality?
Quality control is a top priority for us to ensure that our products consistently meet the highest standards. Our guiding principle is to offer our customers superior quality, competitive pricing, and outstanding service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder and provide their contact information so we can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you do not have a preferred shipping forwarder, simply provide the airport or seaport details, and we will offer you a quotation and handle the shipment. Even if you have no prior experience, our marketing team will provide professional advice on shipping. We can offer you air freight costs with delivery times and sea freight costs with delivery times.
