(2) Do you have stock products to sell?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All our paper boxes are customized with your unique design and artwork. If you don't have a design, our professional designers can create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time?
Typically, it is 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples?
Yes, after price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide both blank and digitally printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price?
Please provide the following details for an accurate quote: Box size and shape, Paper material, Order quantity, Printing color and design, Surface treatment, or any other specific requests.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Our usual minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control the product's quality?
Quality control is of utmost importance to us, ensuring that we consistently uphold a high standard. Our principle is to deliver better quality, better prices, and better service to our customers.
(8) How can I arrange shipment?
1. You can use your preferred shipping forwarder by providing their contact so we can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, provide us with the airport or seaport details, and we will offer you a quotation. We will handle the shipment arrangements, even if you lack experience, and our marketing team will provide professional shipping advice. We can also provide air freight costs with delivery times and sea freight costs with delivery times.
