(2) Do you have stock products to sell ?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All the paper boxes are customized with your own design artwork printing. If you do not have a design, we have a professional design team to create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time ?
Typically, it takes about 25 days after the confirmation of the order.
(4) Can I get some samples ?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digitally printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price ?
Please provide us with the following details of the paper box you want so we can quote you accurately: box size and shape, paper material, order quantity, printing color and design, surface treatment, or any other specific requirements.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity ?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control the products' quality ?
We have always placed great emphasis on quality control to ensure an excellent quality level. The principle we always maintain is to provide customers with superior quality, better prices, and outstanding service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment ?
1. If you have a preferred shipping forwarder, provide me with the contact details, and I can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, just provide me with the airport or seaport details, and I will give you a quotation. Then, I will arrange the shipment for you. Even if you have no experience, you won't have to worry. Our marketing team will provide professional advice regarding shipping. We can offer you air freight costs with delivery times and sea freight costs with delivery times.
