(1) Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are 100% manufacturer with more than 15 years of experience in the packaging industry.
(2) Do you have stock products to sell?
No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All the paper boxes are customized with your own design artwork printing, and if you do not have a design, we have professional designers to create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time?
Normally 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples?
After price confirmation, you can request samples to check our quality. We provide blank samples and digital printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price?
Please provide us with the following details of the paper box you want, then we can quote you accurately: Box size and shape, Paper material, Order quantity, Printing color and design, Surface treatment, and any other specific requests.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Usually, our minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control the product's quality?
We have always placed great emphasis on quality control to ensure that an excellent quality level is maintained. Moreover, the principle we always uphold is to provide customers with better quality, better prices, and better service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment?
1. You can either use your preferred shipping forwarder and provide us the contact details so we can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a preferred shipping forwarder, just provide us with the airport or seaport details. We will provide you with a quotation for the shipment and handle everything for you, even if you have no experience in it. Our marketing team will offer professional advice on shipping. We can provide air freight costs with delivery times and sea freight costs with delivery times.
