(2) Do you have stock products to sell?
No, we exclusively accept OEM/ODM orders. All our paper boxes are customized with your unique design and artwork printing. If you do not have a design, our professional designers are available to create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time?
Typically, our delivery time is 25 days after order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples?
After price confirmation, you may request samples to evaluate our quality. We provide both blank samples and digitally printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price?
Please provide the following details for an accurate quote: box size and shape, paper material, order quantity, printing color and design, surface treatment, or any other specific requests.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Our usual minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How do you control product quality?
We place a strong emphasis on quality control to maintain an excellent quality level. Our guiding principle is to provide customers with superior quality, competitive pricing, and excellent service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment?
1. You may use your preferred shipping forwarder and provide me with their contact details so I can arrange the shipment for you.
2. If you do not have a preferred shipping forwarder, provide me with the destination airport or seaport. I will then give you a quotation, arrange the shipment, and offer professional advice. Our marketing team will ensure you have a smooth experience, even if you are new to shipping. We can provide air freight costs with delivery times and sea freight costs with delivery times.
