No, we only accept OEM/ODM orders. All our paper boxes are custom-made with your exclusive design artwork. If you don't have a design, our professional designers are here to create one for you.
(3) What is the common delivery time?
Typically, our delivery time is 25 days following order confirmation.
(4) Can I get some samples?
After confirming the price, you can request samples to assess our quality. We offer both blank samples and digital printed samples free of charge.
(5) What is the price?
To provide you with an accurate quote, please share the following details of the paper box you need: Box size and shape, Paper material, Order quantity, Printing color and design, Surface treatment, and any other specific requirements.
(6) What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 1000 pieces per size and color. For flower boxes, the MOQ can be 500 pieces.
(7) How to control the products' quality?
Quality control is a top priority for us. We maintain stringent quality checks to ensure an exceptional standard. Our guiding principle is to provide customers with superior quality, competitive pricing, and excellent service.
(8) How can I arrange shipment?
1. If you have a designated shipping forwarder, please provide their contact information, and I will coordinate the shipment for you.
2. If you don't have a shipping forwarder, simply provide the airport or seaport details. I will offer a quotation and manage the shipment for you, even if you have no prior experience. Our marketing team will provide expert shipping advice, including air freight costs and delivery times, as well as sea freight details.
